Prior to establishing Blenkin Associates, Harriet spent 10 years working in the NHS as both a clinician and manager.
Her credentials include:
- A First Class Honours Degree in Psychology
- A professional qualification as a clinical psychologist with specific training in interviewing and selection process
- Professional management qualifications (with distinction) from the NHS Management Training Scheme
- Established the West London Cancer Network, nationally acknowledged for its success
- Careers advisor to the Institute of Healthcare Managers
- Member of the REC
Lucy Harwood
Senior Consultant
Lucy joined Blenkin Associates in 2005. Prior
to working here as a Senior Consultant, Lucy
spent 6 years in private and public sector recruitment including healthcare.
Her credentials include:
- BSc in Healthcare Information Management
- 8 years' experience in both private and public sector healthcare recruitment
- Leading major recruitment campaigns on behalf of clients including 8 programme managers for the Teenage Cancer Trust
- Working within the NHS providing project support and service improvement
