A strong project manager is required for this key role to work closely with Workforce Transformation Programme Director, key stakeholders and the Healthcare for London sector Programme Team to ensure delivery of the workforce transformation programme, as specified by NHS London and the Workforce Transformation Director, across the sector. The Project Manager will be responsible for all aspects of project management including building and managing the plan. The project will be run in accordance with PRINCE 2 principles and practices.
You will be a PRINCE II qualified practitioner with significant experience of building and managing implementation of a plan. Experience of working in the NHS is highly desirable as is some knowledge of polysystems and Urgent Care Centres is desirable. Experience of having worked on a transformation programme with significant workforce change is desirable
You will have considerable energy, flexibility and the ability to work
with and across multiple organisations working with people at all levels
of an organisation
