An experienced operational manager is needed to cover this key interim role
for 6months initially working for this high profile and successful private
healthcare company.
You will need strong leadership skills and excellent interpersonal and communication skills and be happy to 'muck in' as part of a team. A detailed service improvement plan has been drawn up and you will lead continued implementation of this. A key issue will be leadership of the relatively new band 6 team of nurses
Ideally you will be a nurse by training with a proven track record of staff development. You wiill have strong operational and service improvement skills, and a robust personality to enable you to work within a prison. This role provides a really good opportunity to develop your career and broaden your experience.
