Efficiency Deliver Manager - (commissioning)

This consultancy firm is on the FESC framework - the firm has developed unique software to enable commissioners to see patient based activity and to monitor and track patient journeys against quality and cost. SIV enables PCT's to fulfill their governance responsibilities for PbR and non-PbR acute expenditure.
