Clinical Team Leader, Rehabilitation

| Rate: c£350-£400 per day |
An experienced nurse or therapist with experience in rehabilitation is required for this critical team leader role for a period of 3-6mths. The postholder will be responsible for:
" Day to Day Management of the team of neuro therapists
" Work with the rest of the management team to commence programme of
development work to fully integrate both the amputee and neuro rehab teams.
" Support the implementation of the new nursing establishment - in
particular the development of generic Band 3 Assistant Practitioner roles.
" Support the development of the CNS in Amputee therapies in establishing
local agreement on effective in-patient input to a role which can become
mainly out-patient focused.
You will need to demonstrate the following:
" Experience of Inter-professional / Integrated team management and
leadership - both professionally and operationally at a senior level.
" Excellent Change Management skills to include, high level facilitation
skills, conflict management and resolution.
" Sound project management skills
" Excellent inter-personal skills
" To be able to maintain credibility but also be able to challenge
traditional role and professional boundaries.
" Be able to work in a high paced and stressful environment.
" High degree of understanding of team working and development
" Sound understanding and demonstration of applying supervision models
/ coaching as a management approach

" Excellent team worker and collaborator
